Configure Outlook on iPhone
Outlook is automatically installed on your device. If this is not the case, or if you have any technical issues, please reach out to the IT Service Desk.
1) Open the Outlook application on your iPhone and click on Add Account. Enter your CEP email address.
2) Another page will open, asking you to sign-in using Google. Do not click on Next. Click on Done at the top left of the page.
3) Select Set up Account Manually. Then, select Microsoft 365 as your email provider.
4) It will then ask you for your password, or to open the Authenticator Application to authenticate. You can simply click on Open Authenticator in that case, no password required.
5) If the account is added successfully, the screen below will appear, prompting you to add another account. At this time, select Maybe Later.
Your account has been added! Don't forget to Allow and Turn on notifications to get notified of incoming emails on your mobile device. Allow some time for all of your emails to load depending on the size of your inbox.
