-
Contacts : Outlook Contacts (instead of Google Contacts)
-
Instant Messaging : MS Teams Chat (instead of Google Chat)

Microsoft Edge as Our Preferred Browser
Alongside the switch to Microsoft tools, we will also be adopting Microsoft Edge as our preferred web browser. Edge uses the same engine as Chrome. Edge is optimized for performance and compatibility, all the while ensuring a safe browsing experience.
What to Expect During the Migration
-
Training and Support: We will provide comprehensive training sessions and resources to help you become familiar with Microsoft tools and Edge. Our IT support team will be available to assist with any questions or issues you may encounter.
-
Data Migration: Our IT team will handle the migration of data from Google to Microsoft. This includes emails, calendars, and contacts. We will communicate detailed timelines and instructions soon. The IT team is working very hard to make it as simple and seamless as possible but there will be steps to take as a user. More information to come.
-
Minimal Disruption: We aim to make this transition as smooth as possible with minimal disruption to your work. Your cooperation and patience during this period will be greatly appreciated.
We are confident that this move to Microsoft tools will benefit our organization and enhance our ability to work efficiently. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
